摘要
针对传统的可靠性模型对原始数据要求高的局限性,可采用凸集合模型来描述影响机床主轴可靠性的不确定参数,利用一阶泰勒展开式,基于凸集合模型定量的讨论了机床主轴设计中不确定性参数对机床主轴响应的影响,提出基于凸集合模型的机床主轴的非概率可靠性度量的指标。此方法对数据的要求低,不用求概率密度函数而且计算简便。通过对工程实例的计算和分析,其结果表明了所提出的分析方法在实际工程中的可行性。
Due to the limitation of demanding on original data at traditional reliability model,convex set model is adopted to describe the uncertain parameters of reliability analysis on machine tool spindle.Then the impact of these uncertain parameters on reliability analysis on machine tool spindle response based on convex set model is discussed quantitatively by using first order Taylor series expansion,and the non-probabilistic reliability measurement index of machine tool spindle is presented.This method avoids seeking probability density function,with a lower requirement on the original data and simply to compute.Through computation and analysis of engineering case study,the feasibility of this analysis method in practical engineering is proved.
