摘要
利用有限元分析方法,综合考虑齿轮副啮合时变刚度激励和误差激励,建立齿轮副内部动态激励曲线。结合裂纹故障对齿轮副啮合刚度的影响,建立含裂纹故障齿轮副内部动态激励曲线,分析不同部位和程度的裂纹故障对齿轮内部动态激励的影响。分析结果表明,裂纹的故障程度对内部动态激励的影响较大,故障程度深的要高于故障程度浅的。同时,齿根裂纹故障对内部动态激励的影响要强于分度圆裂纹故障对内部动态激励的影响。
Based on the finite element analysis method,considering the time-varying stiffness incentives and error incentives of the meshing gear pairs,the dynamic incentive curve of the internal gear pair is established.With the influence of the crack fault to the mesh stiffness of the gears,the internal dynamics incentive curve of the crack gear is established at the same time.The influence of the different location and extent of crack fault to the dynamic incentive is discussed.The results indicate that the influence of the deep crack to the internal dynamics excitation is higher than the shallow crack.And the influence to the internal dynamics excitation of the crack fault appearing on the tooth root is stronger than that on the sub-degree circular.
