圆坯连铸机改造生产小方坯的生产实践

Productive Practices of Reforming and Producing Billets with Round Billet Conticaster

In the paper,it is recounted the reform for manufacturing billets with round billet conticaster in Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel,the control parameters adopted for producing HPB235 steel as well as the problems and measures in the production.The problems in production are solved through experiences and the production of 150 mm×150 mm billets was brought into normal production process flow of round billet conticaster successfully,which make contribution for adjusting product structure for the company.
