包钢高炉渣脱硫性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高包钢高炉渣的脱硫能力,根据包钢现场高炉渣的成分,配制了碱度、MgO、Al2O3三个系列的合成渣样,进行脱硫实验。结果表明,碱度在1.0左右,w(MgO)在10%-13%之间,w(A l2O3)小于15%的炉渣,脱硫能力强,适于包钢高炉生产。 In order to improve the ability of desulfurization for blast furnace slags in Baotou Steel,the experiments of desulfurization with synthetic slag specimen are carried out.The synthetic slag specimen including three series such as the basicity,MgO and Al2O3 are prepared according to the composition of blast furnace slags in work field of Baotou Steel.The results indicate that when the basicity is around 1.0,w(MgO) is between 10% and 13%,w(Al2O3) is less than 15%,the slag is with greater ability of desulfurization and suitable to the productions on blast furnaces in Baotou Steel.
