摘要 针对传统微机控制系统的缺点,把108 t SF3102型电动轮矿用自卸车微机控制系统改造成108 t SF31904型电动轮矿用自卸车QKW3—2微机控制系统,QKW3—2微机控制系统具有较高的抗干扰性,测试速度快,精度高,测点多,稳定性好,安全可靠性高的优点,对30#和29#108 t SF3102型电动轮矿用汽车进行了微机控制系统的试点改造,经现场运行试验证明,该系统操作简单,运行稳定可靠,具有很高的控制精度,具有良好的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。 As there are some shortcomings with traditional microcomputer control system,it is introduced how to transform the microcomputer control system of 108 t SF3102 mining dumper with electric wheels to the QKW3-2 microcomputer control system of 108 t SF31904 mining dumper with electric wheels.This system is with advantages such as good anti-interference performance,fast test speed,high precision,more observation points and good stability as well as safe reliability.After the pilot transformation for microcomputer control system of 30# and 29# 108 t SF3102 mining locomotive with electric wheels,the system is proved to be with easy operation,stable and reliable running as well as high control accuracy by the running test in work field.It has good use values and wide prospects of applications.
