In the paper,it is introduced the procedures and problems of sliding form operation for silo based on that and coking coal preparation system in Jinan Steel.Moreover,it is introduced the design,assembling of slip-form system,the sliding form operation at key and special parts as well as the methods for rectifying a deviation in the sliding form operation,etc.
