包钢焦化厂节水减排措施研究

Research on Measures of Conserving Water and Reducing Water Drainage in Coking Plant of Baotou Steel

文章介绍了包钢焦化厂用排水、主要污水处理系统及循环冷却水系统情况,提出了焦化厂节水减排措施方案,即焦化厂优化用水措施、生化处理出水回用减排措施及生化处理出水的深度处理回用方案。其中优化用水措施包括循环水优化运行措施、串级用水措施及用排水全过程管理理念等内容。焦化厂节水减排措施对包钢总排水回用及减排意义重大。

In the article,it is introduced the situations of water consumption and drainage as well as main sewage treatment systems and circulating cooling water system in Coking Plant,as well as proposed the scheme and measures of conserving water and reducing water drainage in it,that is the measures of optimizing water consumption,biological treatment for reusing effluent to reduce water drainage and that for advanced treatment of reusing effluent.The measures of optimizing water consumption include optimizing running of circulating water,water in series and ideas of overall process management of water consumption and drainage,etc.The measures of conserving water and reducing water drainage in Coking Plant have the great significances to total wastewater reuse and reducing water drainage in Baotou Steel.
