Existing Problems and Suggestions for Supplier Management in Materials Purchasing Department of Enterprises

企业物资采购供应商管理不系统、不科学,导致供应商准入制度不完善,严重影响物资采购经济效益。文章从分析物资采购供应商管理现存问题入手,对物资采购供应商管理提出了几点改进建议。

Materials purchasing and supplier management in some enterprises are not systematic nor scientific,which cause the access regime of suppliers is not perfect enough and seriously affect the economic benefits of materials purchasing.In the paper,some suggestions on materials purchasing and supplier management are proposed by analyzing existing problems of them.
