6S管理是现代企业管理的基础,是打造具有竞争力的企业、建设高素质员工队伍的先进的管理手段。文章论述了电气公司成功导入6S管理工作,取得显著成效的过程,并对企业开展6S管理的必要性展开了讨论。
6S management is the basis of modern enterprise management and the advanced basic administrative control for building enterprises with competitiveness as well as high-quality work teams.In the article,it is discussed the success of launching 6S management in Electric Company of Baotou Steel,the process of obtaining obvious effects and the necessity of it in enterprises.
