农民就医过程中关系资本运作的行动逻辑--以江苏省A县X村为个案

The Action Logic of Relationship Capital in the Rural Medical Treatment Process——A Case Study of X Village in A County,Jiangsu Province

处于转型期的中国农村社会,农民就医过程中的关系资本运作成为一种普遍的社会现象,呈现出一种集体无意识和包容的状态。关系资本运作为农民就医行动带来了实际功效,表现为就医流程"方便化"、医患沟通"去紧张化"、就医成本"节约化"以及就医效果"满意化"等方面。农民就医过程中的关系资本运作是行动个体试图从其生活世界出发,通过病人—医生关系"拟熟人化",将匿名承诺转化为当面承诺,从而实现其医疗利益的策略性行动。

In a transitional period of Chinese rural society, the operation of relationship capital in the rural medical treat- ment has become a universal social phenomenon and showed collective unconsciousness and group accommodation. The operation of relationship capital truly brings some practical convenience including ＂the elimination of tension＂, ＂medical cost savings＂ and ＂satisfaction with medical care＂. The authors consider that the individuals try to start with their life-world, through the means of ＂to be acquaintants＂ between patient and doctor in order to realize the transition from anonymous commitment to face-to-face commitment is the basic operation logic of relationship capital in the reality.
