摘要
针对HC l风机不允许输送介质泄漏的实际问题,设计了防泄漏可靠、安装维修方便、造价低的迷宫密封+抽气密封+氮气密封的密封组合体,解决了化工生产中的安全隐患。
For the purpose of avoiding HCl leakage in HCI centrifugal fan in practice, the type of shaft seal system was reconstructed by combining labyrinth seal with evacuator seal and nitrogen seal in the present work. It had dependable performance on avoiding leakage, simply setup, easy maintenance and low cost, and could be helpful to solve the problem on hidden safety in chemical engineering process.
