摘要
目的:了解住院患者对低年资护士输液技术满意度情况,以提出管理对策。方法:对40名低年资护士进行10位患者满意度调查,从用物准备、仪表、操作前健康宣教、一针见血、操作后健康宣教、穿刺后患者处置、穿刺过程中沟通能力等7方面进行问卷调查,结合收集资料进行统计学分析。结果:新护士培训前后,患者在用物准备、仪表2个方面满意结果显示,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在操作前健康宣教、一针见血、操作后健康宣教、穿刺后患者处置、穿刺过程中沟通能力5个方面患者满意结果显示,培训后满意情况高于培训前,差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论:规范输液服务流程,加强个体化健康教育,以提高住院患者满意度。
Objective:To investigate the present situation of the inpatients’ satisfactory degree about intravenous infusion in order to put forward management measures.Methods:With questionnaire,an investigation was conducted in 40 new nurses who should be marked by 10 patients concerning preparation,dignified appearance,pre-operational health missions,infusion only once,health missions after infusion,disposal of the patients after infusion,ability to communicate during intravenous infusion. Results: There was no statistics sense before and after training in preparation and appearance(P0.05).Inpatients’ satisfactory degree after training was higher than before in pre-operational health missions,health missions after infusion,disposal of the patients after infusion and ability to communicate during intravenous infusion(P0.005).Conclusion:Standardizing transfusion service process and strengthening the individual-oriented education can be implemented to improve inpatients’ satisfactory degree.
