重塑科技情报事业形象的几点思考

Thoughts on Rebuilding the Image of Sci-tech Information Cause

首先简要回顾我国科技情报事业的发展过程以及"情报"改"信息"的情况;然后从多个角度对"情报"改"信息"的是非得失进行评析;最后提出回归"情报"、政府科技主管部门要明确具体的科技情报职能管理机构、加强联合协作等3条建议,以期重塑我国科技情报事业形象。

The paper looked briefly back the process of development of sci-tech information cause of China,as well as condition of Changing＂Qingbao＂into＂Xinxi＂at first.Then,it reviewed the gains and losses of the changing＂Qingbao＂into＂Xinxi＂.And lastly,it put forward three suggestions,including rechanging into＂Qingbao＂,governmental department for sci-tech work should defining the responsibility of administration of sci-tech information to one of its division,and reinforcing combination and cooperation,so as to rebuild the image of sci-tech information cause of China.
