浅谈科技查新工作中回避制度

本文从实际工作中遇到的问题出发,分析了科技查新工作中回避的意义在于减少查新员(审核员)在查新工作中因亲属关系等因素的干扰,保证查新员、审核员正常的查新工作,确保查新报告质量。并指出推行岗位保密制度,提高查新工作人员的自身素质是查新工作中回避制度实施的有效手段。
