论资本的空间生产与中国的住房问题——以亨利·列斐伏尔的空间批判理论为基础

On the Capital Production of Space and China's Housing Problem──Based on Henri Lefebvre's Critical Theory of Space

随着世界经济一体化进程的迅猛发展,资本在中国经济发展中的作用越来越重要,但是由于历史和现实的原因,中国的民生问题没有得到根本的解决,这突出地反映在中国老百姓的住房问题上。住房问题实质是资本为了积累和增值而进行无限的空间扩展的结果。一方面,资本转移了无法调和的内在矛盾,实现了对劳动力的剥削和利润最大化的目的,扩展了统治的空间和延续了自己的生命力;另一方面,资本将空间变成一种具有价值和使用价值的商品,并使其沦为政治统治的工具以及生产和消费的场所。从空间资本的维度考察中国的住房问题,可以更好地理解资本的本质以及政府的社会管理职能,对中国和谐社会建设也具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Along with the rapid development of the world economic integration, capital is becoming more and more important in China＇ s economic development. However, because of historical and practical reasons, the Chi- nese people＇s livelihood problem have not been fundamentally resolved. It is prominently reflected on the issue of housing of the Chinese people. The housing problem essentially is the result of limitless space expansion for the sake of accumulation and value - addition of capital. On the one hand, capital transfers the inherent contradictions that can not be reconciled, achieves the purposes of exploitation of labor and profit maximization, extending the rule of space and extend its own life; on the other hand, capital changes the space into a commodity with value and use value, and make it become a tool of political domination and the place of production and consumption. Studying China＇ s housing problem from the space dimension, we can better understand the nature of capital and the govern- ment＇ s social management function, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of a harmonious society in China.
