摘要
光动力学疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,简称PDT)亦称光化学疗法或光辐射疗法,是通过生物光敏作用杀伤肿瘤或其他病理性增生组织而达到治疗目的的一种正在研究发展中的新型医疗技术。该项研究工作在计算机模拟研究光动力治疗肿瘤方面进行了一些有益的尝试,这些尝试对数字化虚拟人体的研究、激光生物医学研究有一定的理论意义,对激光在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用具有一定的参考价值。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is the developing medical treatment technique which kills and wounds tumour and another hyperplasia tissue to achieve treatment aim via photoconductive action of biology. Some attemps have been made on PDT with the computer simulation technology. These attempts will have some theory significances to the research on digital virtual human and laser biology medicine and will provide some reference values to clinical practice in tumor treatments.
