不同工艺条件对Ni-Cr合金表面烤瓷效果的影响

摘要 文章主要研究了热处理和酸蚀及它们的组合对Ni-Cr合金表面烤瓷效果的影响。研究发现单独热处理或热处理结合酸蚀均可提高材料的显微硬度,单独热处理效果最好。酸蚀与热处理均可提高材料的结合强度,酸蚀和酸蚀+热处理是2种提高结合强度的有效处理方式,其界面结合强度分别达到40.4MPa和37.87MPa,大大高于不做处理的样品。SEM观察发现,样品经处理后其表面往往更粗糙,基体与瓷层之间的界面更加曲折,有利于界面结合强度的提高。 In this paper, the influence of heat treatment and acid etching on the porcelain effect on the surface of Ni - Cr alloy was studied. Heat treatment or heat treatment with acid etching all can improve the microhardness of enamel coating and only the heat treatment was the best method. The bonding strength between Ni - Cr aUoy and porcelain can be improve by the method of heat treatment and acid etching. The bonding strength between Ni - Cr alloy and porcelain can be improved respectively to 40.4MPa and 37.87MPa by the method of acid etching and acid etching with heat treatment which were more than double of the number without any treatment. The micrographs expressed that the surface of Ni - Cr alloy was more crude after treated. The interface between base and porcelain had twists and turns and the bonding strength between Ni -Cr alloy and porcelain was improved.
