摘要 1,25-二羟维生素D3对T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞和角化细胞等均有调节作用,并与许多自身免疫性疾病包括类风湿性关节炎、青少年糖尿病、克罗恩病、多发性硬化等密切相关.1,25-二羟维生素D3可能成为治疗自身免疫性疾病的药物之一,但最佳用药剂量及疗程尚需进一步研究. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 plays a role in the regulation of T cells, B cells, macrophages,dendritic cells,and keratinocytes. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 is linked to many autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis,juvenile diabetes, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis. It may have potential as a treatment for autoimmune diseases, however, additional research will focus on better quantify dosage and course of treatment.
