摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用乳液聚合法合成高吸油树脂.研究了乳化剂种类,引发剂用量,交联剂用量对产品吸油性能的影响,并对吸油树脂的粒径和表面形貌进行了研究.
Using methyl methacrylates(MMA),butyl methacrylates(BMA) as monomers,N'N methylene bisacrylamide(MBA) as cross-link agent,potassium peroxydisulfate(KPS) as initiator,the high oil-absorption resin was synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The influences of emulsifiers in different types,the amount of cross-link agent,the amount of initiator on the absorption properties of the resin as well as the particle size,surface morphlogy of the resin were investigated.
