摘要
使用Inventor附加模块进行有限元分析,可以对设计模型进行各种各样的试验,从而使设计指标达到最佳,并减少样机对物理实验的依赖,更快地设计出符合市场所需的产品。通过对1S-2型深松铲柄进行有限元分析,得出深松铲柄应力的分布规律和安全系数,并依此对深松铲柄进行优化设计。
Finite element analysis with the Inventor add-on module may be used to conduct various experiments to the design model, thus enabling the design target to achieve best, and reducing the prototype dependence on physical tests, and quickly producing products which the market needs. The finite element analysis on 1S-2 deep-loosening shovel shaft reveals the distribution regularity and security coefficient of the stress on the shaft. Accordingly, optimal design of the shaft is achieved.
