摘要
为适合粮麦套作小麦的收割,朝阳市农机技术推广站研制出4GLF-120型腹放铺小麦收割机。阐述该机挂结机构设计及液压提升能力计算过程,经过实践证明割台的提升高度、液压提升能力都满足使用要求。采用该机构,不仅可保证机车有良好的纵向稳定性,而且会增加机车的通过性能,实际使用效果良好。
4GLF-120 wheat harvester was designed by Chaoyang City Agricultural Machinery Technology Extension Station for the harvesting of interplanting wheat. This article deals with the design of the hanging mechanism and the calculation of lifting capacity of hydraulic pressure. Practice has shown that the lift height and the lifting capacity of hydraulic pressure all meet the operating requirements. The adoption of the designed mechanism can not only ensure the stability of the haulage motor, but also increases its passage performance.
