填充氧化铝的聚氨酯泡沫材料在牛仔服水洗中的应用

制备不同颗料大小的填充氧化铝的聚氨酯沫材料，并将它用于牛仔服的水洗加工。现已发 现，当氧化铝的直径在２９～４５μｍ范围，此泡沫材料水洗加工的效果最佳。聚氨酯泡沫材料的耐久性比 天然浮石要好得多。

Polyurethane foams were prepared with aluminas filling in different particle sizes. These foams were employed in denims garment washing. It was found that the size of aluminas was in a range of 29 to 45 um,the foams washing performance was the best. Besides the durability of the foams was better than that of natural pumice stones.
