随着旅游体验研究的深入,其研究的重点将由目前对旅游体验性质、指向和内涵的研究,逐步转向对旅游体验质量的测定和评价,即从定性规范性研究转向定量应用性研究。旅游体验质量的评价,既是旅游者对自身旅游体验感受的评价,又是对整个旅游过程服务产品质量的评价。通过旅游体验质量评价体系模型的建构,具体分析影响旅游体验质量评价的因子,深入探讨旅游体验质量评价体系存在的问题。

With the in-depth study of tourism experience,the focus of research is gradually shifting from the nature,direction and connotation to the determination and evaluation of tourism experience quality,that is to say,from qualitative research to quantitative applied research.Evaluation of tourism experience quality is both tourists＇ assessment of tourism experience and the assessment of entire tourism service quality.The paper constructs the system model of tourism experience quality evaluation,analyses the factors concerned,and explores the related problems.
