摘要
为满足船员培训对船用中压发电机控制装置仿真的需求,采用AT90CAN128主控芯片(MCU),设计船用中压发电机控制装置仿真电路;通过主函数、中断程序、数据的发送和接收等环节的设计完成船用中压发电机控制装置仿真电路的软件设计.该装置仿真模型通过仪表单元的3组LED分别显示发电机的转速、滑油温度和高温冷却水温度;在液晶显示单元,通过按下相应的功能按键,在LCD界面显示具体的发电机信息;在操作单元,用4个操作按键和3态开关分别实现控制发电机的启动、停止、紧急停止、吹风以及现场、遥控和启动阻塞模式的选择等功能.该模型已被应用于某海事职业技术学院的轮机模拟器;在上位机的辅助下,较好地模拟实船发电机控制装置,满足对船员培训的要求.
In order to satisfy seafarer training for the requirement of simulation for marine medium voltage generator control device,the chip AT90CAN128 is selected as the MCU for designing the artificial circuit of marine medium voltage generator control device.Through designing main function,interrupt program,data sending and receiving,etc.,the software design is finished for the artificial circuit of marine medi-um voltage generator control device.The device simulation model displays the speed of generator,the oil temperature and high-temperature cooling water temperature through three array LED in instrument unit.In LCD displaying unit,detail generator information is showed through pressing corresponding function keys.The functions of starting,stopping,emergency stopping,blowing of generator and selecting the lo-cal,remote or starting blocking mode through four operation buttons and one three-state switch in opera-tion unit.The model is applied to marine engine simulator in a maritime academy.Assisted by the upper computer,the real ship generator control device is simulated well and the demand of seafarer training is satisfied.
