高等学校教学经费评估方案探讨

为了更好地体现分类指导,在现有的评估方案基础上,针对特殊类型的高校,分别制定相对应的评估方案,是我国高等教育改革和发展的需要。根据高校不同教育性质对教学评估方案加以完善,一方面,可以加强教学经费投入的评估力度,增强不同性质高校之间的可比性;另一方面,在为教育评估提供信息支持的同时,可以为高校其他决策提供强有力的支撑。

To better reflect the existing classification,evaluation scheme basis,in particular types of institutions of higher education,and formulate corresponding to the evaluation plan,our higher education reform and development needs.the institutions of higher education in accordance with the quality of teaching and evaluation plans to improve,on the strengthening of funds into the evaluation,and enhance the quality of the different between comparison ;on the other hand,the assessment of the information support for universities to provide strong support to the other decisions.
