基于关键链的型号软件项目进度管理技术研究被引量：2

摘要关键链是项目进度管理的一种新方法。针对关键链技术的两个难点问题:如何识别关键链和如何设置缓冲区,结合型号软件项目开发的特点,分别给出了识别关键链的数学模型的求解算法和一种改进型的缓冲区的设置方法。
