This article introduces the main features of reciprocating new bale plucker(series)such as tufts plucked are small,more bales loaded,high level of automation and reliability. Through a number of experiments, including production testing,relation of production and the opening degree,comparison with similar machines,comparison of droppings and analysis of yarn quality,it makes acomprehensive analysis and demonstration of the technological performance of reciprocating bale plucker(series).
