Economics analysis on social responsibility of water enterprises

在经济社会中,企业逐利活动应受社会发展总体目标的约束,但由于外部性问题和由信息不对称所可能引致的道德风险行为,使企业的逐利活动与社会的整体利益之间可能会产生矛盾。从经济学的角度分析了企业的本质是对市场的替代,从水利企业的历史使命和现代社会发展等方面对水利企业的外在要求指出了其履行社会责任的历史必然性,并从意识、标准和监督等方面提出了相关建议和措施。

In the economic society,the enterprises' profit target should be constrained by the overall objectives of the social development.The possible moral hazard behaviors aroused by the external issues and the information asymmetry may lead to contradiction between the enterprises' profit target and the whole interests of the society.From the economics,the enterprises' essential was analyzed to replace the market.From the historical mission of water enterprises and the requirements of the development of modern society to water enterprises,it was historically necessary for the water enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.Relevant suggestions and measures were proposed from the aspects of consciousness,technical specification and supervision.
