石梁河水库建设水利风景区初探

On construction of water conservancy scenic spot in Shilianghe Reservoir

在对石梁河水库发展现状分析的基础上,结合石梁河水库的区位优势和自然条件,探讨了石梁河水库建设水利风景区的可行性,并提出几点建议及设想:加强组织领导、科学编制景区发展规划、加快人才队伍建设、加大投入,改造现有水利工程,提升景观的吸引力、创建多元化投融资管理机制,促进水库景区良性发展。

Based on an analysis of development status,geographical advantages and natural conditions,the feasibility of constructing water conservancy scenic spot in Shilianghe Reservoir was investigated.Some suggestions and ideas were put forward as follows: strengthening of organization and management,preparation of scientific plans,acceleration of talents,increase of investment,rehabilitation of existing water conservancy projects,improvement of landscape attraction,establishment of multiple investment and finance mechanism and promotion of sustainable development of reservoir scenic spot.
