摘要
叙述了丝普纶系列服装面料的研制过程。介绍了该产品的特点、生产工艺和关键技术。针对丝普纶纤维集束性差、光滑、比重轻、熔点低等引起的织造问题,提出了对丝普纶长丝进行网络加工,增加网络节,改进引纬路线等一系列措施,从而改善了丝普纶长丝的织造性能。
This article introduces the research process of apparel materials of P.P fine denier yarns as well as its poducts' specific properties, technological process and key technologies. As there are some technological problems in its weaving process such as lack of tow collecting, easysliding, light specific gravity and low melting temperature, a series of effective measures are provided through analysises and researches:networking on P.P fine denier yarns, adding its entanglements and improving weft-guiding technology. Thus weaving properties of P.P fine denier yarn's are improved and enable yarns to be weaved on looms more successfully.
