摘要
采用有限单元法,进行了钢锭模在铸锭过程中的热弹塑性应力的数值模拟,获得了钢锭模中不同部位的热应力随时间的变化及热应力沿模壁分布的数据。
Numerical simulation of thermal elasticplastic stress of ingot mould in the casting ingot is made by means of finite element method,the data of thermal stress vernus time and its distribution in the mould is obtained.It provides the design basis of ingot mould structure reform.
