非小细胞肺癌中Tiam1的表达及与其脑转移的关系

The relationship between Tiam1 expression and brain metastases in non-small cell lung cancer

目的研究非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中Tiam1的表达及与其淋巴结转移、脑转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测71例非小细胞肺癌组织标本中Tiam1的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果 Tiam1高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移及脑转移有关(P<0.05)。结论检测Tiam1蛋白的表达,有可能为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移、脑转移的发生、发展提供依据。

Objective To observe the expression of Tiam1 and to investigate the relationship between Tiam1 expression and brain metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods The expressions of Tiam1 in 71 cases of NSCLC specimens were detected by immunohistochemical method.The clinical significance of Tiam1 expression in different types of NSCLC,lymph node metastasis and brain metastasis was analyzed.Results Tiam1 was highly expressed in 43 of 71 cases.There was no relationship among different types of NSCLC,but it was closely related with lymph node and brain metastasis（P0.05）,and it was a prognostic factor for brain metastasis in NSCLC.Conclusion Tiam1 is highly expressed in NSCLC,which may be useful as a predictor for lymph node and brain metastasis in patients with NSCLC.
