多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平与肾素血管紧张素系统及IGF-1、IGFBP-1相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者性激素水平与肾素血管紧张素系统及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)等相关因素的关系,探讨PCOS的发病机制。方法对PCOS患者于自然月经或黄体酮撤退性出血的第3~5天测定血浆肾素原(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)及血清IGF-1、IGFBP-1、空腹胰岛素(INS)、空腹血糖(GLU)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、雄烯二酮(A2)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)。结果 PCOS患者PRA、ATⅡ与LH、A2、T水平E及LH/FSH呈正相关(P<0.05或<0.01);IGFBP-1分别与BMI、INS水平、INS/GLU比值呈负相关。PCOS肥胖患者与非肥胖患者的空腹INS水平、INS/GLU比值及IGFBP-1水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肾素-血管紧张素系统及IGF-1、IGFBP-1对PCOS患者的疾病发生有一定作用。 Objective To elucidate the relationship between the levels of sex hormone,IGF-1,IGFBP-1 and rennin-angiotensin system in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),and to explore its action mechanism.Methods The fasting blood samples of all the patients with PCOS were collected from the third day to 5th day at the menstrual cycle or withdrawal bleeding. The serum levels of PRA,ATⅡ,IGF-1,IGFBP-1,LH,FSH,T,A2,E2,fasting INS,and fasting GLU were detected.Results The PRA,ATⅡ,IGFBP-1 were negatively correlated with BMI,fasting INS,INS/GLU and the levels of sex hormone respectively. There were significant differences in the levels of fasting INS,INS/GLU and IGFBP-1 between obese and non-obese PCOS patients (P〈0.01).Conclusion The IGF-1,IGFBP-1 and rennin-angiotensin system have certain effect on the pathogenesis of PCOS.
