葡萄糖/乳酸分析仪与全自动生化分析仪检测血糖的对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨德国BIOSEN葡萄糖/乳酸分析仪与TOSHIBA-40全自动生化分析仪检测血糖的可比性,为临床合理应用和合理解释提供依据。方法依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCLLS)EP9-A2文件的要求,以德国BIOSEN葡萄糖/乳酸分析仪和TOSHIBA-40全自动生化分析仪两种检测系统对血糖进行测定,记录检验结果,进行对比分析。以CLIA.88规定的室间质量评价允许误差范围的1/2为标准,在不同医学决定水平判断不同检测系统的偏差临床是否可以接受。结果葡萄糖<2.76mmol/L,2.81~6.06mmol/L,6.12~8.27mmol/L,8.32~13.78mmol/L,>13.83mmol/L时葡萄糖各浓度相关性均良好(r>0.975);在不同医学决定水平部分接受。结论临床实验室应加强对不同仪器,不同测定方法测定同一检测项目结果的可靠性进行验证,定期进行比对试,以保证检验结果的准确一致。
