摘要
采用ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN耐热不锈钢铸造的炼镁还原罐能保持高温(1180℃~1200℃)工作环境下的机械强度.炼镁还原罐由离心铸造的罐身与砂型铸造的罐帽焊接而成.在罐身离心铸造工艺中,应注意防止裂纹、冷隔、铁豆、凸凹不平、罐身内表面有夹渣和气孔等问题的产生.

pot's cap.In the centrifugal casting process,the worker must avoid of some flaws,such as
crackle,cold partition,unmelting particle,unplainface,dregs and gas hole and so
on.
