"十一五"期间,在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,我国的节能力度得到了前所未有的加强,取得了显著的节能成效。"十二五"时期,节能面临的形势仍较严峻,任务十分繁重,要完成"2020年单位GDP二氧化碳排放强度下降40%～45%"的目标,全社会还要做出更大的努力。
Under the right leading of the Central government in the 11th Five-year periods,energy conservation in China has been greatly stepped up like never before.It has got notable effects of energy conservation.In the 12th Five-year period,circumstances of the energy conservation are still serious with a task very arduous.The entire society should make a greater effort on accomplishing the target of ＂carbon dioxide decrease of per GDP by 40%～45% in 2020＂.
