摘要
为了提高膳食纤维粉的保健功效,分别采用酶法、碱法及酒精沉淀法制备了麦麸纤维粉和海带纤维粉.分析了两种纤维粉的含量及部分特性,以此为依据将两种纤维粉按一定的比例进行混合并配以其他辅料,制得总膳食纤维达54.6%(其中可溶纤维达22.6%)、口感良好、摄食方便的高纤维复合粉.
n order to improve the health effect of dietary fiber,methods of enzymatic hydrolysis
alkaline treatment and alcohol precipitation are used separately to prepare wheat bran fiber and
kelp fiber.On the basis of the content and partial characteristic of the two abovementioned
dietary fiber powders,wheat bran fiber and kelp fiber are mixed proportionally with some other
supplementary raw material to prepare the finished and friendly high fiber composite powder
whtich TDF is 54.6%,SDF is 22.6%.
