聚丙烯酸类高吸水树脂的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用聚丙烯酸盐和氢氧化铝反应,制备了金属离子交联的高吸水性树脂.研究了交联剂、氨水及氢氧化钠用量对高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率、水溶性的影响.结果表明,所制备的离子交联聚丙烯酸盐具有较高的吸水倍率(860mL/g)和保水能力,但吸水速率较慢.当氢氧化铝、氨水及氢氧化钠用量分别为4份,25份和30份时,高吸水树脂吸水倍率最高. Super waterabsorbing resin, which is polyacrylate crosslinked by metalion Al3+,were prepared by the reaction between polyacrylate and aluminium hydroxide. The effect of the amount of aluminium hydroxide,ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide on properties of super waterabsorbing resin were studied.The experimental results showed the absorption of the resin syntbesized is 800 g/g900 g/g in case of distillating water and the water retention of the resin is good. The waterabsorption is highest when the amount of aluminium hydroxicle ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide is 4 portion,25 portion and 30 portion.
