空腹血糖水平与血脂相关关系的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨空腹血糖水平与血脂之间的关系。方法以体检的811例人群为研究对象:NGT组(FPG<5.6mmol/L)、NIFG组(5.6≤FPG<6.1mmol/L)、IFG组(6.1≤FPG<7.0mmol/L)。测定3组人群的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]、口服葡萄糖耐量试验。探讨FPG水平与血脂之间的关系。结果 FPG≥5.6mmol时,TC、TG、LDL-C等与FPG呈正相关,其中TG和FPG的相关系数最大,HDL-C与FPG呈反相关。NIFG组和IFG组TG、TC、LDL-C均高于NGT组,HDL-C低于NGT组(P<0.05)。结论血脂升高与血糖关系密切,可作为评估腹型肥胖及预测2型糖尿病及心血管疾病危险因素指标之一,降低空腹血糖受损(IFG)的切点是合理的。
