摘要
传统水解工艺采用酒精作媒介来促使硅酸乙酯与水的接触,进而发生水解反应,生成硅酸乙酯水解液。本文采用超声波来促进并扩大硅酸乙酯与水的互相接触面积,使硅酸乙酯与水发生水解反应,生成硅酸乙酯水解液,节约酒精达30%以上。在实际应用上已经取得满意的结果。采用该工艺具有一定的经济效益。
The traditional ceramic -mold casting process uses alcohol as medium to generate hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate. The mold made in this way must be burned up immediately to avoid fissure. To Solve this problem, supersoic wave is used to extend the interaction area between ethyl silicate and water to make the ethyl silicate hydrolyzing Therefore a large amount of alcohol is saved and good quality obtained.
