摘要
为了有效促进廉政建设,可建立基于可调节随机审查规则的廉政建设管理模型,以预防为主,将被审查的部门分为腐败现象高发、中发、低发部门,相应地设计三种随机选取审查对象方案,即正常随机选取方案、加严随机选取方案和放宽随机选取方案。依此来解决我国目前廉政建设制度之不足。
The writer argues for a coordination-based management model for the construction of an incorrupt government, with prevention as priority and corruptions divided into high, mid high, and low levels. Countermeasures are taken to the randomly designated subjects for inspection.
