摘要
对船用柴油机磨合试验的机理和特点进行了分析,提出了运行磨合的时间比例以及"限工况使用"的概念,并以曲轴箱压力值为主要因素来确定运行磨合的效果,为船用柴油机运行磨合的管理提供参考。
The mechanism and features of running-in experiments of marine diesel engine are studied.The time ratio of running-in and the concept of "operation condition limit application" are pointed out.The pressure value of crankcase is taken as the main factors to determine the running-in effect,which offers references for running-in of marine diesel engine.
