摘要
针对BFM1015柴油机在可靠性考核试验中出现曲轴箱废气压力异常波动的情况,通过对相关零部件的检查,并应用计算机仿真和专项试验等手段,从零部件设计和装配工艺等方面对故障原因进行深入研究分析,确认了柴油机曲轴箱废气压力异常波动的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。
During the reliability test of BFM1015 diesel engine,the crankcase exhaust gas pressure was found to have the problem of abnormal fluctuation.Through inspection of relative components,and using computer simulation and special tests,deep research was carried out from the aspects of component design and assembly technology,in order to find out the reasons of the problem.Moreover,the solutions are given.
