Abrasion Failure of Coal Economizer in the Steamers of Thermo Power Plant

本文主要针对攀钢发电厂410 t/h煤粉锅炉省煤器因磨损失效,泄漏频繁,严重影响生产顺行等问题,在煤碳资源紧缺,入炉煤质差的现有条件下,从省煤器的运行工况、结构、生产工艺、操作等方面进行磨损失效分析,提出一些减缓省煤器磨损失效的技术管理措施。

This paper focuses on analyzing the leakage problems caused by the abrasion failure of410t/h type pulverized coal boiler of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Power Plant. Under the current situations including insufficient coal supply, undesirable quality of coals, the author attempts to offer a few countermeasures in terms of both techniques and managements such as the structure and operation of coal economizer and production process etc.
