摘要
针对空气钻井中较难确定最小注气量的难题,注入的空气既要能有效地携带岩屑,又要能防止井下燃爆。基于修正的Angel模型,根据井底和井口岩屑粒径的变化,考虑岩屑多次碰撞、重复破碎造成的能量损耗,应用最小动能法建立了携带岩屑的最小注气量方程;根据天然气进入井内的速度和甲烷在井下的燃爆极限,通过控制甲烷的体积浓度,得出了防止井下燃爆的注气量的计算方法。
It is difficult to determine the minimum volume of air injection,because there is a paradox between carrying cuttings and preventing conflagration.Established an equation based on the diameters of the cuttings and the energy loss of the crushed cuttings.The calculation method was developed by the flow rate and critical conflagration volume of natural gas.
