摘要
通过对制备出的不同磺化程度磺化沥青的各项质量技术指标进行检测分析,认为质量技术指标符合要求的磺化沥青FT-1产品降高温高压滤失量效果不好且加量大时容易出现钻井液起泡的主要原因是,沥青磺化度过高,产品主要质量技术指标制定得不合理,主要表现为磺酸钠基含量、水溶物含量、高温高压滤失量指标过大,油溶物含量指标过小。通过对磺化沥青、沥青类钻井液处理剂作用机理的分析,在大量室内实验资料的基础上,提出了对磺化沥青FT-1质量技术指标的修改意见。
Based on the analyse on technical descriptions of different sulfonated asphalt products,the reasons for high HTHP filter loss and much foam were over-sulfonated and irrational technical descriptions that including the contents of sodium sulphonate group and hydrotrope,excessive high HTHP filter loss,small content of oil soluble component.The modification suggestions of FT-1 technical descriptions were carried out by analyzing the reaction mechanism of sulfonated asphalt and running amount of laboratory experiments.
