摘要
在铜火法精炼和电解精炼生产工艺中,铜电解残极率是重要的技术经济指标,它的升降对火法精炼和电解精炼总的加工费影响很大。通过铜电解残极率升降对所需阳极板与计划指标相比增减量的计算,从而计算出阴极铜加工费与计划指标相比的增减量,为考核铜电解工序和阴极铜加工费提供准确数据。
In the copper fire refining and electrolytic refining the production process, electrolytic cop- per residual rate is extremely important technical and economic indicators, which rise and fall on the fire refining and electrolytic refining great influence on the overall processing fees. Through the calcu- lation of difference between the actual number of anode plates used for control of the rate of spent an- odes in electrolysis of copper and the anticipated number, the variation between the treatment charge of cathode copper and the anticipated charge can be defined, so as to provide accurate and precise data for the treatment charge of cathode copper in electrolysis of cooper.
