摘要
为发挥数控车床的加工工艺潜能、充分利用其自动控制功能,将切削变形误差量反贴到理想零件的轮廓上形成"误差零件",并按"误差零件"编程修正切削变形误差,实现切削过程反向变形补偿的数控车削新工艺。实验结果表明,这种工艺可以将切削变形误差减少到原来误差的1/3~1/4。采用这种办法可修正由工件加工变形引起的误差,使车削变形误差可控,为发掘数控车床的加工能力提供新思路。
In order to display potential of machining technique of NC lathe and to fully utilize its function of automatic control,a new NC lathe turning technique of reverse deformation compensation during turning process was realized,through compensating turning deformation error value reversely onto profile of ideal parts to form "parts with error" and programming according to "parts with error" to revise turning deformation error.The experimental results show that,the turning deformation error can be decreased to 1/3 ~ 1/4 of the original by this technique.The error brought by machining deformation can be revised by using this method,and turning deformation error is controllable.New ideas for enlarge the machining capacity of NC lathe is found out.
