摘要
以铝合金风叶为例,针对径向夹持薄壁零件完成车削并去除夹紧力后,往往因薄壁零件径向弹性变形的回复而失去车削精度,并导致车削件报废这一较普遍现象,介绍一种轴向夹紧工件的楔紧式车夹具,它不仅定位、夹紧可靠,装、拆工件方便、快捷,而且提高了生产效率和产品合格率。并可推广应用于同类薄壁零件的加工。
By taking aluminum alloy fan blade as example,as to common phenomenon of radial clamping thin-walled part was scraped,because of lost in turning precision responded to the thin-walled part's radial elastic deformation after turning completed,an axial wedge-tight turning fixture for parts was introduced.The positioning and clamping of the fixture are reliable,convenient in installing and dismantling of work-piece,and production efficiency and qualification rate of products are improved.It can also be applied in machining of similar thin-walled parts.
