摘要 结合某动力与回收试验台气液原理图,利用AMESim软件建立比例节流阀仿真模型,并与实际的比例节流阀NG50流量/信号特性曲线进行对比,表明所建立的比例节流阀仿真模型可行。在此基础上,建立动力与回收试验台动力系统仿真模型,仿真分析得到气液缸活塞推杆的速度和位移曲线,并结合实验验证仿真分析的有效性和可行性。 According to the pneumatic hydraulic schematic diagram of a power and recovery bed,the simulation model of proportional throttle valve was built with AMESim which indicated to be feasible as its simulated flow/signal curve was compared with the actual NG50 flow/signal characteristic curve of proportional throttle valve.On that base,the simulation model of the power and recovery bed was built,and the velocity and displacement curves of piston rod of the pneumatic hydraulic cylinder were obtained by means of simulation analysis.The experimental results validate that the simulation is effective and feasible.
